- 1. Do I need to share a link with my friend?
  
  You can send an email to your account manager introducing your friend to GNB Property and cc them into that email. You will receive your reward after they pay the 2nd month’s subscription.
- 2. What if my friend subscribes to another product and not the full ‘Agency in a Box’ product?
  
  We provide a graduated referral programme which rewards differing purchase levels.
- 3. Can I claim a referral bonus if I purchase a second product from you?
  
  The Referral program is applicable only for introducing new customers.
- 4. Can I withdraw my referral bonus as cash?
  
  Yes you can, or if it's easier you can set it off against your monthly subscription with us.
- 5. Can I use my referral bonus to pay my GNB Property subscriptions?
  
  Yes, absolutely.
- 6. What if a new customer is referred by two existing customers?
  
  We will check to see who introduced the friend to us first, (hence we suggest you introduce them to us as email). If no records are available, we will speak with your friend and take their word for it. If they mention both of you, then the reward will be split between you both.
- 7. My question is not covered here.
