We have recently decided to change CRM. Its a major change. After a lot of research we narrowed it down to 2 companies and had 2-3 interviews with them. After much thought and comparison we chose GNB and have started the process of moving over to them. So far I cannot say how impressed we have been with their team. We have been using GNB Property Software for the past 4/5 years. I have a degree in Web Development myself and can honestly say that it is by far the very best one-stop package that we have ever used for our Lettings & Estate Agency Business here in Scotland. Aside from it doing everything we need, it is also the most intuitive software we have found in the industry which means that new staff can pick it up and be familiar with it virtually from day one! If you ever need to call the helpdesk, the people on the lines are very knowledgeable and very patient with any task required. Mr Sajith Sandasivan and ALL the team are superstars. The whole package is tremendous value for money. Definitely a must for all Letting Agents and Estate Agents.

We recently switched 500+ managed properties to GNB. Alice was fantastic in getting everything set up, we were handed to our Account Manager Prasanth to complete the export and migration. Imagine Prasanth like a dream... but in real life! Always listening to understand, as opposed to listening to respond... Whatever our request, the main thing is that he is always 'can-do' minded. His prioritisation, attention to detail and ability to find effective solutions in real-time (for pretty much anything and everything that we come across) is simply outstanding. Scheduling Teams/Zoom calls is never a problem, we do the work together to ensure all 't's are crossed and 'i's dotted. If we do make mistakes, Prasanth just jumps on a call, shows us how to correct, then explains where/how we went wrong which means we're continually getting better day-by-day - whilst at the same time, guaranteeing our customers a consistent and accurate service. Outstanding! I have tried quite a number of different software providers, and I must say these are my absolute favourite. Riyard and his team are outstanding. Always at the end of the phone to discuss any questions. Super patient, extremely polite and very efficient. Everything you need to help you take on a new software. The migration was not as stressful as I imagined, and they really held our hand throughout the whole process. Nothing is too much for them, we don't need to chase anyone, they are very proactive. I highly recommend GNB, not just for thier excellent sofware but for their outstanding support.

We are a high street estate agents and we have start using the GNB software for last 4 years and we had huge issues with the software during these years and their teams tried their best to resolve but it took them a-lot of time but recently they have appointed a new account manager Mohammed saqib who is handling our account and i am quite happy and satisfied with his level of communication and level of understanding with the issues and software it self as they are also managing our web site too. so over all after having tough 4 years now i am quite comfortable with Mohammed Saqib and his approach towards the clients and business and handling the matters with in reasonable time limit. i am hoping that this will continue for coming future.

I am using the GNB soft ware for last 4 years and I was having serious issues with the team and the software but finally for last few months they have appointed Mohammed Saqib to handle our account and i am very happy and satisfied from his performance and his communication with us and he has resolved the issues which was not addressed for years but now I am happy to work with them as he has mobilised his team very well and getting the things moving very fast, quickly and efficiently. Thanks for all his help and support as we are getting better day by day.

I have been in business for over 20 years in the service industry, I also know that migrating software is one of the hardest things to get right and is very stressful. I must commend Donford from GNB from a customer service point of view, when I submit tickets I get answers, when I need something done it gets done. In business nothing is perfect which is why when you work with a company like GNB that 100% understands what customer service is it make the experience so much better!

We have used the letting side of GNB since January 2024. Setting up any new system & transferring tons of data over has it's challenges (especially in finance with over 100 homes) & takes months but GNB/AMC team, especially Chandra Trainer & Meena our Account Manager are only to keen to help us calmly resolve issues as fast as they can (often with the help of the back end team & sometimes management) & develop the system in a way to make it work better for us. They have added extra buttons to the dashboard to shortcut processes, & are constantly chatting to us to understand our ever changing business needs & doing anything they can to keep GNB/AMC in tune with us. We still have work to do to use it fully, but with GNB/AMC ongoing help I know we will get there fully, just maintenance to go now, as we have successfully migrated finance, renewals, contracts etc! We like the software and is easy to work , it has some issues but they tried to solve as soon as possible. The best part of GNB , is the customer service ! Our account manager Naveen has been great ! He always keeps us informed and sort out any doubt very quick. I will give 4 stars for the software and 5 stars for the customer service !

We’ve been customers of GNB for nearly a year now. The software is not perfect, (despite what we were told by the sales rep who will tell you whatever is needed to secure a sale!) - but in reality for a fair price I don’t think the perfect CRM exists really. BUT… the support is exceptional. I’d score the software 3 and the support 5. The team are great Sachin got us set up and then Daniel has been very patient, professional and I’d recommend them on that basis.
