With our Lettings and Management module you can set up automatic, monthly SMS messages for all your tenants. You’ll be able to automatically remind each tenant of upcoming rent due in the fastest and most direct way possible. Each message is completely customisable as well; you write it however you like and our system will send it each and every month until you say otherwise. So, no matter what happens, your tenants will always be reminded to pay their rent.

With our Finance Module, you’ll be able to set up automatic SMS overdue notices as well. Should a tenant not pay their rent on time, you can have a message sent straight to their phone to alert them and provide an official notice.
